Atlas Browser is an AI-powered web browser built on Perplexity's Comet technology, designed to provide intelligent browsing assistance and enhanced productivity features.

ATLAS BROWSER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS BROWSER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Atlas Browser at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using Atlas Browser at any time by uninstalling the software from your devices.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
